Service Contracts are available for most of Rudolph Technologies' metrology and inspection products, either as an enhancement during the warranty period or as an extension of your warranty coverage and benefits. Many of our plans include preventative maintenance service on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. Plus, many of our plans can be tailored to your specific requirements!

Rudolph Technologies can provide you with many benefits through one of our comprehensive Customer Support service contracts. Currently, we are offering select FOCUS™ customers located in the continental USA the opportunity to participate in our Let's get acquainted again program. This program offers the following:

• A fixed-cost preventive maintenance of your FOCUS FE-VII ellipsometer*. Once enrolled in the Let's get acquainted again program, a Rudolph Customer Support Representative will contact you with further information.
• A complete preventive maintenance check-up of your FOCUS FE-VII ellipsometer, at an exceptionally low cost. If a minor repair* is necessary, we'll provide any parts required at a 15% discount off our current list price - and we'll install the parts free of charge.
• After the complete check-up, your FOCUS FE-VII system should meet our requirements for one of our comprehensive service contract offerings. Your system will be eligible for coverage, without an additional examination, for a period of up to 30 days.

Upon request, a service contract quotation will be provided to you. This quotation can include:

• A discount of 10% off our current service contract pricing
• 13 months of coverage - for the price of 12
• Standard parts and labor coverage for the full 13-month period
• Preventive maintenance (PM) check-ups
• Unlimited corrective maintenance visits
• Unlimited access to the Rudolph Customer Support Center, toll-free nationwide
• Factory OEM replacement parts and support
